Insulated Panel Services (IPS) provides services for
the low-temperature, commercial and industrial construction
markets. We work on new construction, renovation, maintenance
and design-build projects. We perform these projects
in the U.S. and in selected regions overseas. Because
of our extensive project experience, we are recognized
as a major user of a variety of insulated and metal
panels.
Insulated Panel Services is part of the Insulation and Specialty
Services Division of Performance Contracting, Inc., the largest
subsidiary of Performance Contracting Group, Inc. (PCG). PCG
was ranked No. 9 in the most recent ranking of the top 600 U.S.
specialty contractors by the Engineering News-Record Magazine
(ENR). We had ranked as the #1 wall and ceiling contractor by
ENR Magazine for the past seven years, and only recently moved
to the #2 position. We have more than 50 branch offices nationwide,
with headquarters in Lenexa, Kansas.
The ISS Division of PCI works closely with owners, architects,
engineers and mechanical contractors. We insulate mechanical
piping, equipment and ductwork in commercial and institutional
buildings. These projects range from high-rise buildings
to office complexes, hospitals and prisons. Aside from
insulated panel services, PCI also offers firestopping,
plant insulation, insulation of cleanroom mechanical
systems, expansion joints, industrial cleaning and maintenance,
marine insulation contracting, and passive fireproofing.
